1 year warranty and support
During our warranty period, we have you covered. We will resolve any issues with your suit within 1 year from the date of purchase.
We are a premium manufacturer and brand merchant, producing carefully crafted, designed to extend the life of your suits. Please note, however, that our 1-year warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear (such as scratches or natural damage), improper use or storage of the product, or any alterations made by third parties not affiliated with GOOSUIT.

*If you need the GOOSUIT team to provide warranty, you need to bear the shipping cost.
Important:
We do not recommend having our products processed by outside clothing merchants as this may result in a refund or replacement if a defect appears due to their work. This includes resizing or any type of repair work.
Please note that in our ongoing efforts to improve, we may require that defective products be returned to us for inspection and quality assessment.
Promotional products may not be covered by our warranty policy.
